Atomic Numer1 will do the pre-feasibility study first by carrying out the demand analysis, alternative technical schemes, estimate the operating costs, quality benefits and pathway to the next stages of development.Once our customer satisfies with initial studies, we work with them for the installation, site identification and design. Our trained engineers are then finalising the layout drawings to start the fabrication process. The next stage begins with testing and approval followed by regulatory compliances. Our digitalization team will then integrate the remote monitoring system for the plant operations through mobile app. We also provide certified training for the employers for operation and maintenance of the plant. Our dedicated engineers will do the service and onsite maintenance when and where necessary. As EPC partner we travel throughout the journey to assist our customer.

Hydrogen Pilot Project

Our onsite pilot project is one of the leading technology solutions we provide to our customer. We have a close tie up with Chennai Based Electrolyser Manufacturer to work with pilot project for a minimum production capacity of 1m3/hr with cost effective way. We design, procure and install/commissioning the pilot project as per the customer requirements to carry out the EPC value chain for the pilot project.
